USE OF THE RESULTS OF GEODESIC MEASUREMENTS FOR DETERMINING THE STATE OF ROAD CLOTHES
Abstract
Convenience and traffic safety depends on the smoothness of the pavement covering. A method is proposed for determining the state of pavement based on the results of geodetic levelling of the longitudinal profile and determining the smoothness of the coating. The smoothness of the coating is determined by means of a precision level. Based on the results of the unevenness of the coating, according to known solutions, the safety factor, the probability of damage to the coating, the speed of movement of trucks and passenger car.Based on certain levels of flatness, safety factor, the probability of destruction of the coating and the speed of movement, one can characterize the cut and determine the consumer properties of the road.
Keywords: levelling, precision level, evenness, margin of safety, road clothes.
