Доведена актуальність теми дослідження. Досягнута мета відносно формування теоретичних підходів до визначення та оцінки територіального розвитку використання земель регіонів. Вирішені завдання: систематизація теоретичних положень щодо визначення територіального розвитку використання земель регіонів; обґрунтування напрямів оцінки територіального розвитку використання земель регіонів.
