Пропонується нове комплексне рішення проблем адресної тематики – побудова єдиної Державної інформаційної адресної системи. Обґрунтовані і представлені єдині підходи, розуміння, визначення, структура і відносини щодо адресних даних складають концептуальні положення побудови єдиної Державної інформаційної адресної системи й основу розробки, погодження, прийняття її на законодавчому рівні.
