ORGANIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF STAFFING THE FUNCTIONING OF ECONOMIC SECURITY BUSINESS ENTITY
Abstract
The high education today is important component of staffing in system of economic security in business entities. The system of study of specialist get a new way In nowadays economic process , in period of changing of science and technology progress, international of communication and regulatory and legal framework. The purpose of this article: defining features of staffing of companies in the system of economic security in order to improve the system of higher and postgraduate education. For improve system of higher education was offered the questionnaire. The questionnaire contained questions which characterized facility, about present system of economic security there, takes into account opinion of specialists about main way for improve system staffing of economic security. The study results can help more accurately respond to labor market needs in the system of economic security personnel component, to unite efforts of the education system and practical experience in this area, and will make it possible to apply the most successful experience by system of high education.Key words: staffing, economic, security, business entities, survey.
