SIMULATION OF EXTERNAL EVALUATION OF PUBLIC ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS IN ENTERPRISES PASSENGER TRANSPORT

Abstract

We give methodological approaches by which it is possible to justify the feasibility of implementing an investment project in the business of passenger transport (BPT) as a finite , measurable benchmarks and its implementation in the public context. The technique is automated in an environment Microsoft Excel, which allows in case of unsatisfactory results, or if the company is not possible , portunities to implement plans, implement re- modeling parameters estimation of external cost-effectiveness of public investment projects in order to compare the different options and choose the best .
