DEVELOPMENT OF METHODICAL RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE INCREASE OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF LAND IN CITIES
Abstract
The aim of the article is the study and development of theoretical provisions and practical aspects of improving the investment attractiveness of the land cities on the basis of the guidelines based on the developed method and models.
As a result of researches methodical recommendations on efficiency evaluation of investment attractiveness of land in cities.
The developed model and identified the level of integral criterion of investment attractiveness of land in terms of the indicators of changes in the regulatory pecuniary valuation of land settlements and the level of investment attractiveness of regional cities for the purpose of Ukraine that gave the opportunity to develop a model of dependence between the indices of integral criterion of investment attractiveness of land in terms of the indicators of changes in the regulatory pecuniary valuation of land settlements and the level of investment attractiveness for the cities of regional forces of Ukraine.
