THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO DEFINITION OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF LAND IN CITIES
Abstract
The aim of the article is the study and development of theoretical and practical problems of formation of urban land market in Ukraine. The study of investment attractiveness of land in cities and settlements of the country in circumstances when there are a number of constraints on the impact of traditional methods on improving the efficiency of the use of land use of cities. Conducting analysis of the current status of legal, methodical and instrumental support processes research of the land Fund. Analysis and choice of approaches to definition of investment attractiveness of land in cities.
The purpose of this article is to explore ways of improving approaches to assessment of investment attractiveness of land in cities.
To achieve this goal the following tasks:
to analyse the legislative and normative base of use of land resources of Ukraine;
- to review recent research and publications on the research of investment land in cities;
- to analyze the possibilities of modern approaches to definition of investment attractiveness of land in cities;
- to make a choice of principles and approaches after conducting the comparative analysis;
- to determine the approach that meets the modern vision of the investment attractiveness of the land.
