Досліджуються питання організаційного забезпечення реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів підприємств сфери гостинності. Розкриваються зміст категорій «реінжиніринг», «бізнес-процес» та їх особливості саме для підприємств HoReCa. Увагу сконцентровано на дослідженні позитивних наслідків здійснення реінжинірингу. Акцент зроблено на вивченні етапів організаційного забезпечення реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів підприємств сфери HoReCa.
