Abstract
Proposed use of the building mass index, by which the relative weight comparisons masses buildings and people. A feasibility study application framework typical of interspecific series 1.020-1/87 in housing construc-tion, due to which there are prospects for reducing the cost of construction and more affordable quality housing for the population.
